After reading and learning about Agile Software development (Scrum + eXtreme Programming), I decided it was time to put in practice for developing Thunder (
So after a lot of 'freaking out', the first sprint of Thunder finally started this week. I selected the features and tasks which are going to make it into the first sprint of Thunder :
-the library that will be used to extract text from PDF and convert them.
-the interface that will be used to upload PDF files for conversion later.
-the setup of a build server.
-keywords and SEO analysis (gotta start thinking about marketing now).
